The party packages here at the farm are $250.00, (after May 1st - $275) which includes the G.S.T. We do require a $75.00 deposit at time of booking, which is NON-refundable. The parties are 2 hrs. in length, with pony rides, a play area for the children that are waiting their turn & the **PETTING ZOO visitation all taking place in the 1st hr. with the children & adults moving back & forth depending upon what the child wishes to do. The play area has a tire swing, loose hay & mattresses for jumping, balls, basketball nets & if there are toddlers in your party, there is a whole selection of toys on the floor & tables for them to play with.

We also now have a C.S.A. approved play unit in there as well, with a slide, rock climbing wall & a chain swing with the rings at the bottom. Parties do not cancel because of weather; if necessary the pony rides take place completely in the building that houses the play area. The play area only takes 1/2 of the floor space, with the other 1/2 being totally open for the ponies to do the ride. The only thing that might be a challenge is, if it’s raining really hard we will have to arrange sometime in that 2hrs.to get the children out into the petting zoo.

We do not supply any food as everyone has their own ideas for a menu, but most people do order pizza & have it delivered. All you would have to bring is the cake & drinks, with most parties doing a combination of juice boxes/bottled water. There is a refrigerator for your use, with a freezer if you require it. There is NO alcohol allowed on the premises. We have 5 pizza outlets in Stouffville, which is less than 10 minutes from the farm.

The washroom facility is a port-a-potty, which is a rental so it’s serviced & maintained on a regular basis, with pumping out, deodorizing, sanitizing, fresh toilet paper & a hand sanitizer in the unit and is heated in the winter. We also supply a hand sanitizer at the picnic tables as well.

We allow a maximum of 20 children, with no restriction on the number of adults. The time slots are: 11/1p.m. - 1:30/3:30p.m. - 4/6p.m. As you can tell from the first paragraph, pony rides are part of the package, which also includes qualified farm personnel giving the children their rides.

**There could be a possibility of a wagon ride package available in the last time slot only and the cost for this is $375.00 which includes the GST. If interested please inquire for details.

**PLEASE NOTE: The petting zoo is closed to the GENERAL PUBLIC from Dec to May. However, regardless of what time of year you book your Birthday Party, the petting zoo is always part of the package. Private parties are allowed to use the petting zoo in the off season (Dec to May)
