Lionels petting zoo is unique to the area. It is more popular in the warmer months, therefore the petting zoo is open to the general public from May to December without an appointment. January to the end of April visitations are available by appointment only .

We have a wide variety of animals in the zoo including: ponies, donkeys, llamas, deer, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, ducks, peacocks, pigeons, pheasants, rabbits and more.

The petting zoo is open free to the public and is also made available, as an added feature, to our kids parties and programs that are booked on the farm.

Our animals are curious and friendly and are a big hit with kids of all ages.

The petting zoo is included in kids group tours (Beavers, Cubs, Family, School Groups etc.) for educational purposes. The petting zoo is a great way for kids to learn about animals in a fun filled relaxed atmosphere. Once you've experineced it you will want to stop by again and again.
